Sydenham Amateur Boxing Club

Sydenham ABC is a very active and successful Boxing Club based at the Centre, catering for people of all ages. The club regularly takes part in Boxing Tournaments, and is proud of it’s achievements so far.

The coaches are fully trained with 1st Aid and DBS checks in place, as well as having a club welfare officer.

Boxing is not just for the boys though, as the club welcomes young ladies too.  Over the years, there have been several successful female boxers.  We currently have girls taking part in regular competitions.

There are many different championships for different ages and ability, that the club likes to enter on a regular basis, with the coaches taking the boxers all over the country to compete.  Most recently, the club took 8 boxers to Sweden to take part in the  “King of the Ring” tournament.

The club also holds very popular and successful local tournaments that give the boxers a chance to box in front their own friends and family.

So come along and see us on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6.30 - 8.00pm.
