Yoga/Ageing Well sessions are run on a Wednesday between 10:30-11:30am. This session combines breathing with movement, to calm the mind and improve strength and flexibility. They are run by Age UK, and you will need to ring them to book a space. The sessions are very popular, so there may be a waiting list.
