The Together Team

The Together Team meet in Hall 2 at the rear of the Community Centre on Wednesdays.  It is open for drop in sessions. Access is via Fairfax Road.

The team for East Bridgwater is a multi-agency partnership working to help build a stronger sense of community across Sydenham, Dunwear and Bower. The team do this through two strands of work: case management and community development. The team's aim is to act as a 'one-stop shop' of support.
